From moving aircraft and cargo to deicing, emergency response and access at height, airports and airlines depend on specialized equipment and expertise across a wide range of critical operations.
At GSE Expo Europe 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal, Oshkosh Corporation brought many of those capabilities into one expansive showcase, featuring aviation equipment and advanced technologies from Oshkosh AeroTech™, Oshkosh® Airport Products, JLG® and Pratt Miller. Together, they reflected a shared focus on addressing today’s operational needs while advancing the airport of the future.
Purpose-built equipment for demanding airport operations
Aviation operations rely on equipment built for the realities of the job. The Oshkosh AeroTech solutions at GSE Expo Europe spanned a range of applications, from aircraft movement and cargo handling to deicing and conditioned air. The all-electric Oshkosh AeroTech LEKTRO® 88i Towbarless Tow Vehicle is designed for highly maneuverable, efficient aircraft positioning in hangar and ramp environments. The Ranger™ Electric Cargo Loader combines zero-emission operation with intuitive onboard and remote diagnostics, demonstrating how electrification can be integrated into purpose-built ground support equipment.
Other equipment addressed equally essential work. The Tempest-si™ Aircraft Deicer is designed to deliver performance and operator visibility for aircraft deicing operations, while the CLT-8 Cargo Loader supports efficient aircraft loading. The JetAire® M60 Mobile Conditioned Air Unit, available in diesel- or electric-powered configurations, is designed to deliver cooled or heated air to parked aircraft cabins at the gate, on the ramp or during maintenance operations.
Bringing capabilities from across Oshkosh to aviation
The Oshkosh presence in Lisbon extended beyond Oshkosh AeroTech products and technology. Oshkosh Corporation's broader focus on aviation was a key focus at the event.
The technologies serve different purposes, but their presence in one display illustrated the breadth of Oshkosh across the airport ecosystem — on the runway, at the gate, on the ramp and behind the scenes. Across that ecosystem, Oshkosh draws on expertise in electrification, intelligent systems, automation and connected solutions.
Connecting across aviation
Oshkosh’s presence at GSE Expo Europe extended beyond the equipment and technology on display. Oshkosh AeroTech team members participated in the Women of GSE panel and event, reflecting Oshkosh’s broader commitment to the aviation industry.
The Oshkosh booth also welcomed Miguel Pinto Luz, Portugal’s Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, providing an opportunity to share the breadth of Oshkosh capabilities in aviation.

Supporting customers across the equipment lifecycle
The Oshkosh aviation story extends beyond the equipment itself. Across GSE, gate equipment, airport services, military ground systems and aftermarket customer care, Oshkosh supports customers throughout the lifecycle of airport equipment and infrastructure. For Oshkosh AeroTech, that includes product development and deployment, training, maintenance, parts and long-term support — all focused on helping customers promote long-term performance and value of their aviation investments.
GSE Expo Europe 2026 brought that broader approach into focus: purpose-built equipment, advanced technology and expertise from across Oshkosh applied to the demands of aviation. These capabilities demonstrate the collective strength Oshkosh is bringing to the airport of the future.
