GSE Maintenance Factory Training
Overview
Supporting our customers by delivering continuous learning throughout the lifecycle of the equipment continues to be a focus for us. We are firm in our commitment when we say that your success is our success, so we’re here to do our part.
As part of our unwavering commitment to your success, we’re excited to announce that, starting in 2026, all GSE Maintenance Factory Training courses will be provided at no cost to our customers. These factory-certified programs equip your technicians with the expertise to operate and maintain your equipment, supporting an optimal outcome for your team members, the equipment, and our partnership with you.
These classes are thoughtfully designed to grow the knowledge for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technicians. The multi-day training sessions will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Comprehensive system overviews and operational best practices
- Detailed maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Emergency operations and safety protocols
- Electrical systems: components, schematics, and diagnostics
- Hydraulic systems: parts, circuits, and performance checks
- Advanced troubleshooting techniques and precision adjustments
- In-depth review of the Operation and Maintenance manual
- Preventive maintenance schedules and service interval optimization
To meet the diverse needs of our attendees, we offer two types of reservations:
- In-person: Provides extensive hands-on practice with equipment systems and tooling, alongside a personalized experience. These sessions are held at an Oshkosh AeroTech facility in either Orlando, FL or Warrenton, OR.
- Live virtual classroom: Attend a live-streamed session through Microsoft Teams and participate in our dynamic Q&A sessions

Details for both in-person and virtual sessions
- Pricing: New to 2026: these courses are now a part of our customer relationship, and as such, they are a complimentary offering for our customers. To ensure we have enough space for all who are interested in each session, kindly note the cancellation policy below.
- Digital content tablets: Oshkosh AeroTech will be using digital content tablets instead of the paper maintenance manuals for all trainings. Participants will have the option to purchase a tablet upon completion of the session with the manual(s) referenced and/or used in session. Purchase price will be $550.00 and additional manual(s) can be added upon request.
- Schedule: Training sessions will start at 8:00 am (0800 local) and conclude at 4:30 pm (1630 local) each day. In-person attendees should arrive at host location the day prior to the first session and depart after the conclusion of the last scheduled session.
- Certificate of Completion: Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate does not provide endorsement or certification equivalent to manufacturer employee and/or technician.
- Recording and photography policy: By participating in our training sessions, you are agreeing to & accepting that we will be recording sessions for use in future internal & external training opportunities, as well as for marketing purposes (such as social media and our website).

Details for in-person sessions
- Lodging and transportation: Oshkosh AeroTech has negotiated rates with local hotels (listed in the confirmation notification). Attendees are responsible for making travel arrangements (such as lodging, airfare, and ground transportation). Oshkosh AeroTech does not provide transportation.
- Meals: Oshkosh AeroTech will provide lunch throughout each scheduled session(s) for the attendees. On preferred evening(s), there will be an event held at a local restaurant with appetizers and drinks provided (attendees/Oshkosh AeroTech representative(s)). Participants will be responsible all other meals.
- In-person capacity: 24 participants, unless otherwise noted. The small class size provides ample opportunity for a personalized experience.
Cancellation Policy Disclaimer
- Cancellation by attendee: If the attendee cancels less than 7 days before the session start date, Oshkosh AeroTech reserves the right to charge a $299 cancellation fee per registration
- Cancellation by Oshkosh AeroTech: If the registered attendees’ roster is less than 5 participants, Oshkosh AeroTech reserves the right to cancel at least 7 days before the session start date
