Ranjit Nair
Ranjit Nair

President of Oshkosh AeroTech

Ranjit Nair serves as the President of Oshkosh AeroTech since December 2024, driving the company’s strategic vision and growth while leading the development of innovative aviation solutions.

Prior to joining Oshkosh AeroTech, Ranjit worked for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since 2021 where he served as the President of STANLEY Infrastructure until it was acquired by Epiroc AB in 2024. After the acquisition, Ranjit continued to lead the business during the first several months of integration. Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Ranjit held roles of increasing responsibility at Deere & Company during a 20-year career, leading multiple businesses both in the U.S. and globally, including serving as Chief Executive Officer for John Deere India and leading a European subsidiary while based in Gummersbach, Germany. He also served as Vice President of Global Supply Management, led the company’s billion-dollar Specialty Harvesting business, and held other operational, commercial, and M&A roles. Prior to Deere, Ranjit worked for the United States Department of Defense, Naval Air Systems Command, as a Financial Manager.

Ranjit earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Jack Bermingham
Jack Bermingham

Vice President and General Manager, Ground Support Equipment at Oshkosh AeroTech

Jack is the Vice President and General Manager of Ground Support Equipment at Oshkosh AeroTech. Jack brings over a decade of commercial leadership experience within Oshkosh Corporation and a strong track record of performance in the airport equipment industry.

Most recently serving as Business Unit Director at Oshkosh Airport Products, his leadership was instrumental in launching breakthrough innovations like the Striker Volterra, as well as transforming business systems and distribution models to enhance operational efficiency and customer reach. Jack began his journey with Oshkosh in 2012 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across global markets, including sales and leadership positions in Australia and Singapore.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Josh Parkin
Josh Parkin

Vice President of Sales, Ground Support Equipment at Oshkosh AeroTech

Josh Parkin serves as the Vice President of Sales for Oshkosh AeroTech’s Ground Support business, a role he assumed in February 2025. He leads global sales and service operations, overseeing a team that delivers mission-critical equipment and aftermarket support to airlines, and ground handling teams around the world. Known for his analytical, action-oriented approach, Josh brings clarity, discipline, and a sharp customer focus to every commercial engagement.

Josh began his career with Oshkosh AeroTech in 2011 and has held progressively senior roles across the organization including new technology sales, customer care, operations, and supply chain. Josh has been at the forefront of Oshkosh’s commitment to solving our customers biggest challenges on the ramp including automation, sustainability, and data-connected ground support solutions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Central Florida—academic foundations that support his practical, commercially minded leadership style.

Described as a transparent and driven leader, Josh is committed to helping his team and partners succeed by keeping the voice of the customer at the center of every decision. His work reflects not just a career, but a deep commitment to advancing safe, efficient, and future-ready airport operations.

Originally from Sherwood, Oregon, Josh now lives in Ocala, Florida with his wife and two children. For him, leading in this space is more than business—it’s a challenge and a privilege he approaches with urgency, humility, and respect for the people who keep airports moving around the globe.

William Lunt
William Lunt

Engineering Manager, Towbarless Tractors at Oshkosh AeroTech

William Lunt is the Engineering Manager for Towbarless Tractors at Oshkosh AeroTech, with over 13 years of experience in mechanical engineering. He specializes in the design and development of vehicles that optimize cost efficiency, reduce maintenance, and meet or exceed specifications. His expertise includes vehicle design, finite element analysis (FEA), hydraulic systems integration, dynamic simulation, and operational testing, ensuring high-performance integration across food processing and ground support equipment.

William began his career with Oshkosh AeroTech in the Halvorsen Military Program, supporting the production of the Halvorsen Loader for the U.S. Air Force. He later joined the Sustainment Engineering team at Oshkosh AeroTech, advancing from Mechanical Engineer to Lead Mechanical Engineer, managing his team in support of the fleet of Oshkosh product lines.

One of his most significant achievements was his contribution to the development and successful launch of the LEKTRO 88i Towbarless Tow Tractor. This next-generation model was built upon the foundation of the LEKTRO 88, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as telematics capabilities, setting a new standard for the industry. William’s leadership in this project played a crucial role in its success, underscoring his ability to drive both innovation and excellence.

William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and remains dedicated to advancing the boundaries of engineering through strategic innovation and exceptional problem-solving.

Frank Moore
Frank Moore

Vice President and General Manager, Jetway Business at Oshkosh AeroTech

Frank serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Jetway business at Oshkosh AeroTech, a role he has held since December 2023. With 25 years at the company, he brings extensive expertise to passenger boarding bridges.

He oversees sales, engineering, operations, project management, and finance for Jetway passenger boarding bridges, JetAire preconditioned air units, and Jetpower ground power systems, while also directing Jetway Military Programs for the defense industry. Previously, Frank served as President of JBT Airport Services (2021–2023) and held several Jetway roles including Vice President of Global Sales, Director of Aftermarket, and Marketing Manager.

Frank champions innovation, driving the development of iOPS intelligent operations software and JetDock, Jetway’s cutting-edge autonomous boarding bridge docking technology, to enhance airport efficiency.

He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Nick Heemskerk (2)
Nick Heemskerk

Vice President Global Product Development at Oshkosh AeroTech

Nick serves as the Vice President of Global Product Development for Oshkosh AeroTech, leading innovation across the company’s JetWay and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) product lines. With 23 years of prior leadership in AeroTech’s GSE business unit, he brings extensive expertise in engineering and product development.

In his current role Nick manages new product development, engineering and product management for the JetWay and GSE product lines of AeroTech. He is responsible for the development of Oshkosh’s JetWay boarding bridges, PC Air and GPU products, aircraft loaders, deicers, and tractors, and directs engineering teams in Ogden Utah, Orlando Florida, Warrenton Oregon and Bridgend UK.

Born in the Netherlands, Nick earned his BA in Engineering and MBA. He joined Oshkosh AeroTech in 1997 at the European headquarters in Brussels and moved to Orlando to join the GSE business in 2000.

Engineering Manager of Pushback Tractors & Legacy Deicers at Oshkosh AeroTech

Edward is the Engineering Manager of Pushback Tractors and Legacy Deicers at Oshkosh AeroTech, bringing over 49 years of expertise to the company. His extensive tenure reflects a deep commitment to advancing aircraft ground support equipment.

Throughout his career at Oshkosh AeroTech, Ed has held critical roles, including Engineer, Engineering Lead, and Product Engineering Manager, specializing in aircraft deicing and aircraft movement equipment. His leadership drives innovation and ensures high-performance solutions in these product lines.

1976-1992: Design, Servicing and Manufacturing of Trump Deicers.

1992-2023: Design and Product Management of FMC, FMCTI, and JBT Deicers.

2014-Current: Design and Product Management of JBT and Oshkosh Aerotech Pushback Tractors.

Key Developments: AirFirst Deicing, Single Operator Deicers, Modular Deicers, Purpose Built Deicers, Full Range of Electric Pushback Tractors.

As an active contributor to engineering standards, Ed serves on three Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International committees—SAE G12, SAE G12E, and SAE AGE 3—focused on advancing engineering practices in aircraft ground de-icing, equipment, and air cargo. Ed is also the current Co-Chairman of the SAE G12E (Equipment) committee.

Ed attended the University of Nebraska pursuing Mechanical Engineering.

 

Bobby Gray

Engineering Manager, Cargo Loaders at Oshkosh AeroTech

Bobby is the Engineering Manager of Cargo Loaders at Oshkosh AeroTech, a role he has held since April 2022. With over a decade of service since joining the company in July 2010, he brings deep expertise and leadership to the cargo loader product line.

As a subject matter expert, Bobby provides critical technical support to sales, marketing, and customer care, ensuring seamless integration of engineering solutions. He collaborates closely with customers and industry leaders to anticipate market demand and shape product innovation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida.
