LEKTRO 89M tow tractors are designed to tow military aircraft with a MTOW up to 127,005 kg (280,000 lb), making them ideal for towing fighters and transport aircraft up to the C-130. Aircraft nose wheels are safely secured with the patented universal nose gear lift torque sensing turntable cradle and soft nylon strap, which eliminates tow bars. All electric power with a very short turning radius makes the LEKTRO 89M the preferred tow tractor for aircraft hangar positioning and towing on congested flight lines. Diesel/electric hybrid options available for extended use applications.
